Reviewed imports.

Recognized CSV, .xlsx and selectable-text PDF records can be reviewed before import. Not every layout is supported; scanned PDFs are excluded.

Optional Apple Health.

Manual logging works without Health. You choose supported reads; writing weights requires separate consent. Health is not a complete journal backup.

Privacy choices →

Before changing phones, keep a complete backup outside the phone and verify your restored records. Legacy JSON and CSV/PDF files are not encrypted by Platinum Track.

iPhone 2.1 is the launch version. The journal stays on the phone, is excluded from iCloud and device backups, and uses a separate encrypted recovery file you control.
