Getting started

Choose Set up my journey and enter the schedule prescribed by your care team. You can explore the separate demo before adding personal records. The app is for record-keeping, not medical advice or dose recommendations.

Importing your history

In Profile, open My records to find the import tools. For Apple Health, choose Connect Apple Health and grant only the permissions you want. For another app or scale, export its records and choose the file-import option. Review detected fields, units, dates and record counts before importing. Supported CSV, Excel and text-based PDF formats vary; not every vendor format can be recognized.

Keep your original export. If an import needs help, email the source app, file type and the error message. Do not send your full health history by default.

Automatic Apple Health updates

After connection, automatic checks can run when the app opens, while active, after local changes and when Apple delivers background updates. iOS controls background timing. With permission and weight sharing enabled, missing local weights can be sent to Health. You can disable automatic refresh or sharing in the app's Health settings.

Records from a scale that does not connect to Apple Health require another file export and import for new readings. An existing CSV file cannot refresh itself. Repeated imports are checked for duplicates, but ambiguous dates or units may need your review.

Correcting a Health record

Correct a record created by another app in Apple Health or its source app. Platinum Track cannot directly edit or delete another app's Health records. Automatic sync does not mirror deletions: review and delete an obsolete local copy separately.

Changing medication or dose

Open Log, choose the dose form and tap Change medication when needed. Enter the amount and check the unit, date and site before saving. To change future reminders, update your treatment plan in Profile separately. Follow your prescriber's instructions.

Understanding your weight chart

A period average summarizes recorded days in the selected period. Your latest reading is one measurement; a seven-day trend uses a different window. Check the labels before comparing numbers. Dose and site comparisons describe recorded patterns and do not establish treatment effectiveness or recommend a dose.

Keeping a backup

There is no automatic cross-device journal sync. In Profile, open My records and Backup & reports to create or import a backup. Exported backups are unencrypted and may contain your profile, notes and photos. Keep a private copy in a protected offline location, not iCloud Drive.

The forthcoming privacy update after build 62 excludes local journal files from device backups. Create an offline copy before replacing or resetting your phone. Previously exported copies and older system backups are not removed by an update.

Report an issue

Email your app build number, device model, iOS version and the steps that caused the issue. Redact names and health details in screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. Beta testers can also submit feedback through TestFlight. This support inbox is not a medical or emergency service.

Platinum Plus

Payments are disabled in the current beta. At launch, new Platinum Plus subscribers receive one month free, then US $4.99 per month, renewing until canceled. At launch, the first 100 successful offer-code redemptions will receive one year of Platinum Plus free, with no automatic renewal. One redemption per Apple Account. Subject to Apple approval; beta access does not reserve a place. Redemption instructions will be shared at launch. Apple limits introductory trials to one per subscription group. No trial or charge begins merely by installing or using the beta. When available, Apple's purchase sheet will show the actual local price and eligibility before you confirm.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in your device's Apple subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the purchase screen when subscriptions become available. App use and purchases are subject to Apple's standard licensed application agreement.
