What to bring to your GLP-1 appointment
Appointments go fast. Having your records in one place helps you remember what happened since your last visit and ask better questions. Here is a short checklist of what many people find useful to bring.
- Your dose history: the medication, amount and date of each dose you took, and any you missed.
- Injection sites you used, if your medication is an injection.
- Your weight readings since your last visit, ideally on the same scale and at a similar time of day.
- Symptoms you noticed, when they happened and how strong they felt.
- Questions you want to ask, written down before you arrive.
Keep it to one page if you can. Your clinician can then see the pattern at a glance instead of scrolling through notes. Platinum Track creates a one-page Doctor View report from your own entries, which you can show on your phone or print. Your journal stays on your iPhone; you choose what to share.
Platinum Track is a personal record-keeping app. It does not provide medical advice. Follow your clinician's instructions.
