Your Android journal.
Your privacy choices.
Platinum Track for Android. Version: 1.0. Effective date: October 29, 2026.
Operator: Platinum USA Inc. Privacy contact: info@platinumusainc.com.
Your journal stays local.
Platinum Track stores the profile details, selected photos, medication and dose history, weight, symptoms, nutrition, measurements, schedules, supply, notes and preferences you choose to record in private app storage on your Android device. No app account is required. The app has no developer journal server, automatic journal cloud sync, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It does not automatically send your journal to Platinum USA Inc.
Manual record keeping works offline. Android app storage and your device security protect local files; use a secure device lock. This is separate from the practices of the website, email services and file providers you choose.
Health Connect is optional.
Availability depends on your Android version and device. You choose available permissions. Supported reads include weight, height, body fat, lean body mass, steps, exercise sessions, nutrition energy and protein, and hydration. Older history has a separate permission where supported. The app checks permissions and refreshes while you use it; it does not request background Health access or medication read/write access.
Weight writing requires separate opt-in and Android permission. If you enable future weight sharing, eligible new weights you log may be shared automatically. Existing weights and one-off sharing use a preview and count confirmation. Imported Health readings, older readings and midnight/date-only readings are not automatically sent; date-only readings are skipped by default in manual review.
Other authorized Health Connect apps may read shared weights. Revoking permission stops future access but does not erase previously imported local records. Local deletion does not delete Health Connect or other apps' copies. Manage them separately. Health data is not used for advertising, sale, credit or insurance decisions or unrelated purposes. Health Connect is not a complete journal backup.
Keep a recovery copy outside the phone.
The Android journal and its local backup are excluded from automatic Google cloud backup. Widget and fictional practice caches are excluded from cloud backup and direct device transfer. Android allows the journal in direct device-to-device transfer; Android, the device manufacturer and your settings control whether the transfer completes. It is not guaranteed.
Before resetting, replacing or uninstalling the app, save an encrypted recovery backup, keep its recovery code separately, and verify a copy outside the phone. A local backup on the same phone cannot protect against losing that phone. We cannot unlock an encrypted recovery file without its recovery code. Uninstalling can remove the journal and locally stored recovery information.
You control imports and exports.
Imports selected through Android's file picker are processed on your device and reviewed before applying records. You can choose where to save encrypted recovery backups, legacy JSON backups and CSV/PDF reports. A selected document provider may be local, removable or cloud-based and has its own practices. Choosing it can move data off the device.
Legacy JSON and CSV/PDF files are not encrypted by Platinum Track and may contain health records, notes or photos. Protect them and check recipients. Keep encrypted recovery files and their codes protected and apart. The app does not send a recovery code to a print service. Deleting local records does not remove exported copies or older backups; older backups can restore older records.
Reminders, widgets and external apps.
Optional local notifications use your saved schedules and supply settings. Medication names are hidden by default; your in-app and Android privacy settings affect what is shown. Android controls permission and delivery timing. A widget uses a minimal local countdown/date cache without medication names or amounts. A visible widget or notification can still reveal schedule information.
Website and email links open an app you choose. Those services have separate practices. A recorded schedule or reminder is not a dose recommendation.
Support and your choices.
Email support using your chosen email app. You decide what to send; the app does not automatically attach or transmit the journal. Your email provider and our support provider process the address, message and attachments you send to handle your request. Use fictional examples or redacted screenshots. Never send a recovery code or full journal through routine support.
Support messages and attachments are deleted 90 days after the issue is resolved, except where retention is required by law. You can ask the contact address about correspondence you sent. There is no app account to close. You can edit or delete local records, erase the local journal, revoke Health Connect permissions and manage exported copies where you saved them. We cannot erase a local journal or external copy we do not hold.
Android scope and changes.
This notice describes Platinum Track for Android. It does not describe iPhone storage or Apple Health. Website visits and Shopify launch-update email are described in the separate website notice. Review the effective date when this notice changes; a notice does not activate a new service or grant permission.
